What is Rooted?

What you get

• Your six root scores are free.
• The deep assessment and your Treeko letter are part of Premium. The assessment takes about 15 minutes.
• One small daily task, sized to your day, with a lighter version for the days you are low.
• Starter habits to hold the changes in place. Goals are part of Premium.
• A private journal, mood tracking, Treeko coaching chat, weekly AI insights, and monthly deep audits are part of Premium.

Who it is for

Rooted is for people in transition: a career change, burnout, a breakup or a divorce, becoming a parent, or any point where the old answers stopped working.

It is for someone who wants one honest read on where they stand, not another list of generic tips.

Where to get it

Rooted is free to start on iPhone and Android, from the App Store and Google Play.

You can start with free root scores on the web at rootedmind.in. One Rooted account works across the web and the app.

What Rooted is not

Rooted is a self-help and personal-growth app. It is not a clinical product and does not diagnose or treat health conditions.

Rooted is a self-understanding tool, not a mental health service. If you need clinical support, please contact a qualified mental health professional.

Who makes it

Rooted is built independently by Aashish Lal, a designer and the founder, in Kochi, India. Read the founder note.
